Authors retain ownership of their original work while granting Athar permission to display, distribute and promote content submitted for publication under our terms. Contributors must have the rights to all text, photos and other material they upload.

Reporting infringement

If you believe material on Athar infringes your copyright, contact us with: your name and contact details; a description of the protected work; the exact URL of the content; an explanation of your rights and why the use is unauthorized; a statement that your report is accurate and made in good faith; and your physical or electronic signature. Provide enough information for us to investigate promptly.

Our response

We review complete notices, may remove or restrict access to disputed content, and notify the contributor where appropriate. Repeated or serious infringement may result in account restrictions.

Counter-notice

If your work was removed in error, send a counter-notice through contact identifying the removed material and why removal was mistaken, along with your contact details, a good-faith statement and signature. We may restore content after reviewing applicable law and any further information. Do not file misleading notices.
